How the center works
- 1.1
Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 8 pm.
- 1.2
The center is not an educational institution and does not run educational programs.
- 1.3
The center operates under a public offer agreement for services, the children's center rules, the price list and the class schedule.
- 1.4
The center's management reserves the right to make changes to:
- the opening hours;
- the class plan;
- the public offer agreement;
- the list of services;
- the price list;
- and, if necessary, to replace the specialist.
The center undertakes to inform clients of any changes in its messengers two weeks before they take effect.
- 1.5
Sessions are by appointment: by phone +7 923 134-25-25, via messengers, or in person at the Tomatis-LogoDom center, Krasny Prospekt 153b.
Visiting rules
- 2.1
Children with signs of infectious or viral illness are not admitted to sessions.
Parents must give the center full information about the child's health (diagnoses, chronic conditions and allergies, medication taken) to avoid misunderstandings during sessions.
- 2.2
Please take care of the center's property and other children's belongings. The center may require the child's legal representative to compensate documented losses caused by damage to the center's property.
- 2.3
Inside the center, please wear indoor shoes or socks (slippers are not provided). Keep the place clean and tidy.
- 2.4
The administration reserves the right to replace a specialist during illness or unavoidable absence and, in agreement with parents, to change the schedule.
- 2.5
If you are late, the session is shortened by the time missed, and that time is not made up.
- 2.6
If a session is cancelled through the center's fault, the administration will let you know in advance and hold the full session at a time convenient for you.
- 2.7
Tell the specialists which relative picks up your child after sessions. If another adult will pick up your child, let us know in advance. We want to be sure your child is safe.
- 2.8
It is strictly forbidden to bring or leave at the center sharp, cutting or glass objects (scissors, knives, pins, nails, wire, mirrors, glass bottles), small objects (beads, buttons and the like) and pills.
- 2.9
Do not give your child chewing gum, hard candy, crackers or nuts to take to sessions.
We strongly recommend not bringing expensive toys or mobile phones: the center's administration is not responsible for the child's personal belongings.
Payment for sessions
- 3.1
The center works on a subscription basis: 8–12 sessions per month.
- 3.2
By paying for a subscription, you reserve your child's place in the schedule for its whole term, whether or not you attend the sessions.
- 3.3
If a session is missed without a good reason and without notice at least two days in advance, the money is not refunded and the session cannot be rescheduled.
- 3.4
If sessions are missed due to illness and a doctor's certificate is provided, the subscription is extended by the number of missed sessions.
- 3.5
If a session is missed by prior arrangement with the specialist, it is to be made up on another day and time when the specialist is free, within the calendar month of the subscription (counted from the day of purchase).
- 3.6
Single visits are paid according to the price list.
- 3.7
A refund for an unused subscription is possible in exceptional cases (moving, long illness, termination of the agreement). The sessions attended are recalculated at the single-visit price, and the balance is refunded within 10 working days.
